AI started as a way to save time
I started using AI to save time.
Now I watch usage limits, look forward to resets, and check my phone to see whether a deployment worked.
Apparently, I used the time I saved to build more things.
The opportunity is becoming much broader
AI is changing how I work, learn, experiment, and think about new opportunities.
Judgment still matters
A faster answer still needs sound assumptions. A powerful tool still needs testing and controls. And a good idea still has to create real value.
I have also been fortunate to have my son, family, and a few great partners supporting, challenging, and encouraging me throughout this journey.
The leadership question is changing
For leaders, the better question may be:
“What can we now do that we could not do before?”
That is the part I find most exciting.
